Exclusively for men, the primary objectives of the class (currently funded by the NHS) is to improve and maintain levels of flexibility and mobility, reduce the risk of back issues, create confidence and strength and promote stress management.
This class is suitable for all levels as with all my classes, I introduce a basic move which can then be added to in order to create more challenges. This is NOT a competitive class. I like to help guys understand what their body needs and how to address injuries and issues so its all about working with YOUR body.
