These sessions may comprise a variety of movements based on the fact that just because you may have limited mobility, you still have some ‘go’ in you and still want fun!

Nothing too strenuous and always layered with options so you can work at the level you wish. Adapted Pilates moves can also be included in these sessions as it means that these can also be done by those with limited mobility or injuries who may find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.

Any props can be found around the house such as cushions or balls, bands or towels, light weights or tins and poles or brooms! Guaranteed to leave you with a smile on your face, all that is really needed is you in a safe and stable chair on a safe and stable space!

These sessions may include a Sit to Stand element, one of the primary things we need to be able to do is that exact movement and some standing exercises using a chair, wall or unit for support. If this may pose problems for you please let me know and I can adapt the class.
